Black Tungsten
Tungsten Ring Help!?
I am shopping for a wedding ring for my baby and I want something not so plain and something really masculine looking. I have found a lot of Tungsten rings that look really nice and Tungsten seems to be a nice metal for mens rings.
I really like a couple of Black colored ones I saw but am worried the sellers are just saying it’s tungsten, when the black on it is actually something else coated over the Tungsten.
Does anyone know if Tungsten can be Black or is it something else that makes them black?

My fiance wants tungsten. I agree about having them take the file across it. A coworker has tungsten and they did that when they bought his. His looks like a dark grey.
It is titanium-the metal that they can’t get off of fingers…at least that is what I have heard. My niece’s’ jeweler told her that.
In order for tungsten rings to shatter, they have to have pressure on multiple points on the ring. My friend said that his jeweler told him that if it ever shattered, they could get a free one-most have a lifetime warranty.
